VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR FILMING
ON BALI
Crew Members
Visiting Journalist Visa for Crew Members from an Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, Consulate, or representative
office.
Passport must be valid for six months for entry into Indonesia.
Talent (Film)
Limited stay VISA requirements:
Application letter and guarantee letter with complete identity of sponsor in Indonesia.
Curriculum Vitae if applicant.
Photocopy passport with minimum expiry date of 18 months.
Two (2) color photographs 4/6 cm.
Recommendation letter from Department of Information and Telematika,
Bali. For performers other than Film Artists, a Recommendation letter from
Department of Tourism, Bali.
Recommendation letter from Department of Labor, Bali.
Application letter sent by sponsor to Department of Immigration (Jakarta)
Visitor Visa No. 453 and 457 for business purposes require:
Application and guarantee letter with complete identity of sponsor in Indonesia.
Photocopy passport with minimum expiry date of 18 months.
Two (2) color photographs (4x6 cm).
Recommendation letter from Department of Information and Telematika, Bali. For performers other than Film
Artists, a Recommendation letter is required from Department of Tourism.
Application letter sent by sponsor to Department of Immigration (Jakarta)
Extending Visitor Visa No. 453 and 457 for business purposes requires:
1. Application letter sent to the Department of Immigration seven (7) days
before expiration date.
2. Sponsorship letter or guarantee letter with complete identity papers of sponsor
in Indonesia.
3. The original and photocopy of initial visa issued.
4. Additional two (2) photos required for extension.
5. Extension valid for one (1) month only.
6. Registration at the Department of Immigration office.
7. Applicant cannot be Black Listed from Indonesia.
